Find the cause, find the cure

In order to find a cure for any disease, you must know the cause.

In medicine, before we make a diagnosis we check for what's called a "differential diagnosis".  These are conditions of one problem that can mimic another.

What are the differential diagnosis' of Crohn's disease?  They are intestinal infections.

Actinomyces israelli
Anisakis simplex
Cryptococcus neoformans
Cytomegalovirus
Histoplasma capsulatum
Mycobacterium Avium Complex
Mycobacterium Tuberculosis
Mycobacterium Avium Paratuberculosis
Neutropenic enterocolitis
Salmonella spp.
Yersinia enterocolitica
Yersinia pseudotuberculosis

In fact, I believe the only true cause of Crohn's is infection.  Your doctor won't test for any of these.  They have been known for years to cause ulcers of the ileum and large intestine.  The ones underlined are the most common.

The disease suddenly becomes very profitable by calling it "autoimmune".  So before you blindly follow the advice of your doctor,  think long and hard before you shut down the most vital system in your body that is most definitely protecting you from one of the above.

I learned the hard way.  I subscribed to the drug Remicade.  "Doesn't it shut down your immune system?  Don't I need that?", I asked my doctor.  "It does, but not completely."  she said.

For the next 8 months I felt like an AIDS patient or someone on Chemo.  Staph, Psoriasis, Arthritis, and fungal infections in terrible places.

After the 6th infusion, I refused the medication.  I never went to a doctor after that.  Today I am a totally new person after going on a new antibiotic regime.  It is called Ionic Silver and  I am getting better and better each day.  It's a wonderful thing to watch your Crohn's symptoms slowly just disappear.  Even after only 3 weeks of treatment.

Stay tuned and i'll my post progress.
